Information for Dog Parents

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Please make sure your dog has had a short walk before arriving (nothing tiring — just enough to take the edge off).

Bring your dog on a secure leash or harness.

If your dog has favourite treats or toys, feel free to bring them (we will also have treats available).

If you’d like, you can practice catching a treat before your session — but honestly, whether they catch it or not, that’s part of what makes them them.

If your dog is nervous or shy, that’s completely okay — we go slowly and let them settle first.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every dog is different, and we adjust the session to suit them.

Some dogs jump straight into the action, some need time to warm up, and some are more interested in watching first. All of this is normal.

We don’t rush or force anything — we follow your dog’s pace.

DURING THE SESSION

We may use treats, toys, or movement cues to encourage reactions and action moments.

Not every dog will catch treats — and that’s completely fine. We always adapt to what works best for your dog.

Sessions are kept short so your dog stays happy, focused, and not overwhelmed.

FOR NERVOUS OR SENSITIVE DOGS

If your dog is shy or easily distracted, don’t worry.
We allow extra time for settling, keep the environment calm, work patiently, and never force interaction.
Some of the most beautiful images come from quiet, natural moments.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

You will receive an email with a link to their private online gallery.
The gallery includes an online shop, so they can easily view and order their favourite photos.
