Once your photo day is booked, I’ll be in touch to go over the details and finalise the schedule with you.
💡 Tip: Hosting on a weekend allows families to visit at pre-booked times and gives you a lovely chance to connect with them outside regular hours.
Before Photo Day
Planning Visit
Before photo day, I’ll visit your centre to meet you and your team and have a look around. It helps me choose the best spot for the Christmas setup and make sure everything will run smoothly.
Promoting Photo Day
We’ll design and print all the promotional materials for you. To help spread the word, we recommend:
- Displaying posters and flyers around the centre
- Sharing session details in your emails or newsletters
- Posting reminders on your social media
Bookings, Payment & Galleries
We’ll handle all the bookings and payments, so it’s simple and stress-free for you.
- Families will book a 15-minute session through a link with a QR code
- There’s a $35 booking fee, which comes off their print order
- All photos will be available to view and order through a private online gallery
On Photo Day
We’ll set up a Christmas photo space with lighting, a festive backdrop, and themed props.
Working closely with your team, we’ll:
- Prepare a running sheet with session times
- Greet families and guide them to the photo area
After Photo Day
Families will receive an email with a link to their private online gallery.
The gallery includes an online shop, so they can easily view and order their favourite photos.
Printed orders will be delivered to your centre for you to hand out.

What if a family misses their session?
We do our best to stay flexible, but missed sessions may not be able to be rescheduled on the day. We encourage families to arrive a few minutes early.
When will photos be ready?
Online galleries are usually ready within two days after photo day. Families will receive an email with their private gallery link and ordering details.
Do you offer digital files too?
Yes, families can choose prints, digital files, or a mix of both.
